  1. Fear Factory Live Ltd may include:

Total darkness
Uneven surfaces
Steps and slopes

Crouch spaces

Crawl spaces
Strobe lighting
Latex
Fur / Feathers / Raw Cotton and Cotton Fibres
Theatrical fog

Water spray

 

  1. You should not enter if:
  • You have photosensitive epilepsy
    • You are heavily pregnant
    • You have a heart disorder
    • You are claustrophobic
    • You are of a nervous disposition
    • You have any medical or phycological condition which may be aggravated by the experience

There will be no entry without a ticket and tickets are non-refundable.

 

No alcohol, food or drink must be brought into the factory; we provide plenty.

We operate a ‘Challenge 25’ policy. If you’re lucky enough to look under 25, please bring photographic ID. If you’re not 18 yet you’ll need a responsible adult to accompany you at all times and if you’re under 10 years old unfortunately you can’t enter. Accompanying adults can do so at a ratio of 5:1 (5 under 18’s with 1 accompanying adult) within the experience.

 

  1. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or to remove anyone with or without valid reason. No-one under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be allowed into the factory and we will not stand for any form of abuse or violence towards our hardworking staff.

 

  1. The last ticket entry is between 10:00pm – 10:30pm and the whole factory and car park will close at 11:00pm. If you are in the last group, you may wish to come earlier to enjoy food, drink and cocktails prior to your experience as it will not be available afterwards.

 

  1. There is no space for smoking inside the factory, designated smoking areas are available at the entrance, on the car park.
  2. Inside the experience you must not:
  • Touch the staff, scare actors, sets, walls, props or scenery
    • Chew gum
    • Run
    • Eat or drink
    • Smoke, except in designated smoking area on the car park
    • Attempt to record any aspect of the attractions by any means, including audio and visual recording.
    • Use your mobile telephone inside the attractions, these must be switched off or left in a locker
    • Turn on any form of light, including laser pointers, glowsticks, torches or mobile phone lights
    • Spoil the experience for the rest of the group by misbehaving or breaking the rules in any way
  1. If you lose anything during your visit, we will not be able to conduct a search for it until the following day. Anything bought into the factory is done so at your own risk and we will not be held liable for any loss.
  2. Apart from in the event of an actual emergency, there are no ‘escape’ points inside the experience. Once you enter, you will not be able to exit until the end.
  3. Inside the experience you must walk forward at all times; you must never stop or move backwards unless instructed to do so by the scare actors.
  4. We advise you to wear appropriate footwear and clothing while visiting the factory, we will not be held liable for any damage to clothing or footwear if you have made contact with the set, or not followed any of our terms and conditions of admission.
  5. You must arrive at least 15 minutes before your allotted time slot. Your group ticket number will be allocated to you and your group will enter once your group number is called by the group manager in the bar. If you miss your number being called and are not available at the time your group is called you may be refused entry into the experience. Groups are limited from 10 to 12 persons maximum at any one time, if your party has more people together then you may be split into separate groups. We cannot always guarantee your party will be grouped together, however our team are trained to do their very best to accommodate you and your party of people were possible.
  6. If U.K Government enforced, you must follow all additional Covid Pandemic Guidelines which will be published on our website, and updated regularly, and on signage throughout the factory, in addition to this set of terms and conditions.
  7. Fear Factory Live Ltd are carrying out filming and photography inside the factory and experience for the purpose of security, monitoring quality and marketing purposes. These recordings may feature guest images or voices. By entering the factory, you irrevocably waive all rights in these recordings and agree that we may use them in perpetuity and without limitation in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever without payment, notification, or credit to you. You further agree that all copyright within these recordings lies solely with Fear Factory Live Ltd. Images and photography used in the promotion of Fear Factory Live are not contractual. Exact sets and characters may differ from those featured in marketing material.
  8. By buying a ticket to Fear Factory Live you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Admission, and entry is at your own risk.
  9. We reserve the right to remove you if you do not follow our Terms and Conditions of Admission, without refund.
